Communication break-downs in relationships account for a large percentage of distress in people’s lives. There is a simple way to understand how relationships can prosper, flourish and be guided by understanding, compassion and love.
Becoming aware of the principles of our psychological reality enables people to enjoy relationships that are free of conflict and distress. Participants will learn how relationships can excel naturally when we don’t interfere with our innate ability to connect with others.

Dealing with Stress
Whether you experience professional stress at work, stress in your intimate relationship, with your children, with your health, or you experience stress about past experiences or your uncertain future, chronic or long periods of stress will shorten your life or even kill you.
Whether you are a man or a woman, young or old, stress is harmful to all of us and it is never too late to learn how to minimize or even eliminate stress.
In a friendly, respectful, and understanding environment we will explore experiences of stress, challenge unhelpful beliefs and ideas, and learn about healthy ways of dealing with this harmful aspect of modern life.
Participants will learn:
- What stress is and how it affects us – using newest research by leading scientists
- Hows mind, body, beliefs, lifestyle, and habits influence how we deal with stress moment to moment in our lives.
- Commonly known strategies that bring momentary, short-term relief
- Less well know understandings that bring about permanent relief from stress.
