Who does not yearn for that? Hello, I am Dr. Gudrun Frerichs. Great to see you on my site. A good life and great relationships, unfortunately many people are not that lucky. They are dissatisfied with their lives and their relationships but they don’t know how to change things around. Lao Tzu said “If you do not change direction you may end up where you are heading”.
If you are not happy with where you are heading, I might be able to assist you in changing direction. I have helped people for over 20 years to make significant changes in their lives, whether it was in their health, their relationships, their careers, or in how they felt about themselves.
When asked about my approach I used to list a long string of methods and modalities I have been trained in. Nowadays I like to keep it simple and call my approach “common sense” based on understanding that human beings function perfectly at any time as long as they don’t let their thoughts get in the way and complicate the hell out of it.
